More than 90 days before departure: deposit retained.
90–61 days: 50% of the total.
60 days or fewer: 100% of the total.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after verified confirmation from the payment provider. Releasing inventory and refunding money are separate steps.

Travel and coordination charges follow the terms of your travel proposal. Clinical charges are set and refunded by your provider.
