Your treating dentist decides whether treatment is suitable, what it involves and how long it takes. We never estimate these on their behalf.

The process

Share coordination details only, who is travelling, broad service interest and an approximate window. No medical records.

Contact and verification
A care coordinator contacts you by your preferred method to understand your circumstances and confirm your details.

Permission to introduce
With your specific permission, recorded with the provider, purpose and time, we introduce you to a verified provider.

Secure provider intake
You share clinical information directly through the provider's secure intake route. It stays with them.

Provider review
The provider reviews and responds. Only they can say whether and how treatment can proceed.

Travel proposal and scheduling
Once the provider confirms scheduling, we prepare a travel-only proposal around those dates.

Arrival coordination
Airport arrival, accommodation, transfers to appointments and support for your companion.

Follow-up coordination
After you return home, we help coordinate follow-up contact with your provider where needed.
