What a coordinator does, and what always remains with your treating provider.
Travelling for dental or medical care involves two quite different kinds of planning: clinical decisions, which belong entirely to your treating provider, and the practical arrangements around them, which is where a coordinator helps.
What we coordinate
Introductions to verified providers with your permission, travel and accommodation, airport arrival, local transfers and support for an accompanying family member.
What your provider decides
Clinical suitability, treatment plans, timelines and any advice about when it is appropriate to travel. We never estimate these ourselves.
A requested date is not an appointment until your provider confirms it.
Your medical records remain with the provider's secure intake process. Our role is to make everything around your care calm and well organised.
